Eric is a terrific real estate agent. He made himself available to look at homes whenever we needed him. He made me feel like he had all the time in the world to show us homes. He was very patient with us and had good advice. At one point I was considering buying a home but I wasn't sure about what to offer. Eric didn't try to steer me one way or another. He pointed out the positives and the negatives of the home. He helped me come up with an offer that I felt comfortable with. We had a really good discussion about the purchase price I put in. It was accepted by the seller. I would recommend his service to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
